Posting Drafts to the list

For future reference:

DO NOT POST internet drafts to the mailing list.  Send
them to internet-drafts@ietf.org .  If time is of the
essence, post the draft to a web site and send the URL
to the mailing list.  Those who occasionally (or not so
occasionally) have to access email through a modem
will appreciate your concern.
