If that is true, the CID does not need to be specified when reason is 0. Also, the spec says "after logout the TCP connection must be closed at both ends". Please confirm that this means the TCP connection for the connection that was logged out is closed (which is not necessarily the same as the connection used to deliver the Logout request).
