iSNS revision -03 available

Folks,

iSNS revision -03 document has been submitted to IETF.  Until
it is available on the IETF web site, it can be retrieved here:

http://www.nishansystems.com/ietf/draft-ietf-ips-isns-03.txt

The iSNS source code will be available within the next 36 hours,
and it conforms to this revision of iSNS. 

The following are major changes for revision -03 of iSNS:

1)  FCIP has been removed from the iSNS spec and the open source code.

2)  iSCSI Portal Groups added for aggregating iSCSI interfaces

3)  Added separate optional UDP port for ESI messages

4)  Updated DDReg and DDSReg messages
