ALERT: CHANGED London dates/times

Breaking news ... as of right now, the IP Storage
(ips) WG meeting dates/times in London are:

MONDAY, August 6, 2001, 1930-2200
TUESDAY, August 7, 2001, 0900-1130

We can't go too late Mon because we have to
start in bright and early Tue morning :-).

I hope everyone paid attention to my warnings
that these times were subject to change.  This
is supposed to become final in the next day or
so.  I'll send more email when it really is final.
