Progress Report on iSCSI group test period

Not much to report relative to new iSCSI standards issues --

The rounds of testing broke down today as many vendors packed up early and
went home.
Only 5-10 die hards remain cleaning up bugs as of 5:00 P.M.

This will be the last update.
