FCencap: Revision 2 is available

Julian has provided access to the latest revision of the
FC Encapsulation draft at:

This revision contains the changes proposed by Charles
Monia in draft-monia-ips-fcpropdelay-02.pdf.

The draft was submitted to the Internet Drafts office a couple
of days ago, but has yet to be announced.

The PDF file contains the same text as the regular file but
has bookmarks and change bars (with respect to revision 1)
for your added convenience.
