Dear colleagues,

We will have to postpone 08 by several days (unexpected long travel times
and a bit hard to concentrate).
There are 2 things open:

   recovery levels - please help us (Mallikarjun) with any feedback you
   can.
   the raging ISID/TSID debate

I guess we will conclude the first before 08.
I doubt we settle the second before 08 but its effect on the standard and
current implementations is limited
although it might marginally affect the way hardware adapters and hosts
(initiators and targets) cooperate.

I will read and answer pending mail by the beginning of next week.
The broken link on states is repaired (I hope).
