[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] RE: iSCSI : default iSCSI mode page settings.I hope that neither of these is necessary to the conclusion, because a) there is explicitly a SCSI CDB to set transport mode page parameters (MODE SELECT, Protocol Specific Port page) and b) zero copy can only be performed a Protocol DU at a time, since EMDP may request that SCSI data be delivered even though part of the data for a command is still missing. I also hope that you do not need to implement different characteristics for each logical unit, which is allowed by the LUN-oriented MODE SELECT commands, but is disallowed by the transport layer negotiation. > > By the way in my view there is no SCSI (CDB) command to set > transport mode > page parameters.
