ips: FCIP -06 PDF

As everybody has been saying we can/should do,
I sent the PDF (with change bars) for FCIP revision
06 to the internet drafts office.

As everybody said would happen, there were no
complaints about this from the internet drafts
office.

HOWEVER:

I cannot find any sign of a posted FCIP -06 PDF
file anywhere on the IETF web site.

Anybody know what happened?
