Andre,
Now that I can see the picture that you sent.  It probably now needs to
have the Names of the Target Side SCSI Ports clearly called out.

The picture might imply to some folks that the SCSI Port Name is associated
with "iSCSI Name + TSID"  where as the SCSI Port Name should be "iSCSI Name
+ PortalGroupTag".

The picture is, I think, technically correct, the Target End of the Session
can be associated with iSCSI Name+TSID, but that may cause others to go
through the same set of discussions that we have held recently, and they
might think that the SCSI Port Name includes the TSID.  I wonder if it
would be clearer to Align, in the pictures, the concept of Target End of a
Session with SCSI Port Name and give it the identification of "iSCSI Name +
PortalGroupTag" and leave TSID to the various text in the Draft and for it
be understood as just a Handle which the implementation can use in any way
it wants.
