Re: found the constant for divide-only circuit!

Here is the mathematical resoning (attached) 
which I arrived to early this afternoon, while
playing with the math. This is along the other
worksheet I posted yesterday. In this one
I apply equivalence modulo G(x) and notice that
x^nI(x) is equiv the Magic const. modulo G(x).

This was communicatied with Vince earlier this
afternoon. This is a copy for anyone else interested.

Vince has also arrived at the same conclusion
using circuit simulation.
