Robert, Mark & all,

Per David Black's unequivocal instructions (... if not there is not going to be a WG last call!) I am resetting the version to 0.

You will have to instruct Plugfest participants to use a X-key (along Eddy's recommendation) to convey temporarily the version.

I hope this will not harm too much those that have a version to protect nor will it help too much those that don't have any :-)
