All,

We have had a couple of incidents occur now in which someone has submitted a draft to internet-drafts@ietf.org, and then discovered a problem.

They have then turned around and resubmitted the draft with the same version number.

Please, if you find a problem, DO NOT RESUBMIT WITH THE SAME NUMBER!

Go ahead and rev the draft and resubmit. You can post a notice to IPS, indicating the reason for the double jump in versions.

The Internet-drafts are processed in the order received, and they cannot replace one version of the draft with another.
