    No - see the SAM-2 discussion of tagged command queuing.
    At any instant in time, only one command can be in the process
    of being received from a connection, but that has to do with
    TCP and the laws of physics.  Many commands from a connection
    can be queued for execution by SCSI or actually being executed
    at the same time.

    That's correct, aside from the "a non immediate command" words.
    
    Please use a subject line that includes "iSCSI" for this sort
    of question in the future.
