Nayan,

 

Text keys and text values are case sensitive. In spec draft rev 11, section 4.1 Text Format. The only exception is the hexadecimal notation for binary items.

Could any one give me some idea that whether the operational key parameter values are case sensitive or not . In the draft nothing has been mentioned in this regard.

            In case of the keys which are having the numeric values , there is no problem , but in case the keys values are strings , I am not able to find whether these will be case sensitives or not .
