iSCSI: Questions regarding text parameter 'Reject' and 'Irrelevant'usage

    Greetings,

I have a few questions regarding the wording as per iSCSI-v12 4.2 Text
    Mode Negotiation:

"An offer of a value not admissible MAY be answered with the constant
"Reject". The selection of a value not admissible under
the selection rules is considered a negotiation failure and is
    	handled accordingly."

    1. Is a responder allowed to return an admissable value (its default
value for the key) instead of using the 'Reject' constant?
    2. Which status detail/code in the login response is preferred when
    'Reject' is used?

"If a specific key is not relevant for the current negotiation, the
responder may answer with the constant "Irrelevant" for all types of
negotiation. However the negotiation is not considered as failed if
    the response is Irrelevant."

    1. In the case that the initiator sends the "BidiInitialR2T" key (for
ex.). Being an Leading Only key, what should happen when it is
received during text negotiation of a 2nd connection in a session? Which
constant should be returned to the orginator, and is this enough for
    negotiation to fail?

    2. Another question along the same lines, whats the proper action that
should be taken when a Initial Only key is used during FFP? How about
initiator only keys orginating from the target? Which is the correct
constant to use in these situations.

    			Thanks for your time,
