In Login Text requests/responses, the same bit position is known as the T bit and is defined as the "Transition" to next stage indicator. Does this mean that the T bit in login request/responses should be interpreted in the same way as the F bit in text requests/responses? If this is the case, is this dual meaning of the T bit desirable? At the least, it would be useful for the spec to explicitly state the dual usage to remove any ambiguity.
