FC Encapsulation 2nd Last Call Complete

As far as I can tell, the 2nd Last Call on the FC
Encapsulation draft draft-ietf-ips-fcencapsulation-07.txt
completed yesterday with only one comment received:

  o Update the contact address for Murali Rajagopal

If I have missed a change you requested, please notify
me directly via e-mail to roweber@acm.org ASAP.

-08 addressing the 2nd Last Call comments will be sent
to the Internet Drafts office sometime after noon on
Sunday, 5 May. Requests for changes after that time
will be referred to the ips co-chairs for consideration.
