One thing I wanted to make clear. I like Luben's idea. The main thing I like about it is we have ambiguity in how we handle negotiations now, and this change 1) removes the ambiguity, and 2) encorporates elements that others seem to want in negotiation. My one thought though is we can, as mentioned in other messages, close Luben's Reject behavior more quickly; we can do it and keep total negotiations down to one login pdu each direction. :-) Take care, Bill
