    Bit 0 of byte 1 is 1 to signal that Logout is always an immediate request.
    Byte 2 & 3 are reserved (I will add it to the figure).

    I'm not sure if someone has already brought this up...

    - in 0.13 Logout Request PDU, bit 0 of byte 1 (Reason Code) is '1'.  Should it be removed?
    - are byte 2 and byte 3 of the same PDU for "Reserved"?  They are not labeled in the spec.
