[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Re: Yokohama meeting times and agendaDavid, Would it be acceptable to submit the main draft version 14 by July 1st although we are doing the last call. Given that all we have untill now are editorial changes this might simplify the transition to IESG last call. Julo
The IETF agenda for Yokohama is now final. The IP Storage WG will be meeting at the following times: MONDAY, July 15, 2002 1930-2200 Evening Sessions TUESDAY, July 16, 2002 1300-1400 Afternoon Sessions I The amount of meeting time has been reduced by comparison to past IETF meeting weeks because we're starting to complete drafts. Please note that a slew of WG Last Calls are expected after Yokohama once we get the iSCSI and IPS Security drafts through WG Last Call (both are currently in WG Last Call - please read them). It's time to start assembling the agenda. Draft authors (if you haven't already done so), please send me information about how much time you'll want in Yokohama and whether you plan to submit a new version of your draft by the 9am deadline on Monday July 1st by comparison to what's currently linked to the IPS web page at IETF: http://www.ietf.org/html.charters/ips-charter.html A quick reminder is that time is for discussion of issues or a quick status update on the draft if there is status to report. If the only status is that the draft is done and ready for WG Last Call, the chairs will be happy to announce this without using any slides or spending any time swapping projector cables.
