    The general answer to your question is: same connection.
    
    The notable exception to that is a successful implicit/explicit
    Logout of the iSCSI connection taking place between the
    original send which went on the connection, and the retried
    send.  In such a case, one'd have to ensure a successful
    task reassignment as well for certain types of PDUs before
    they can be resent on the new connection.
