Programming Heterogeneous Clusters
Abstract:
I will give an overview of PVM, Parallel Virtual Machine, a popular tool which allows application programmers to distribute computations over heterogeneous networks of computers. I will also discuss Xab, a monitoring and debugging tool for PVM programmers.
