    Those are independent (we have changed their names to better reflect what
    they are doing to DataDeliveryOrder and DataSequenceOrder).

    Another possible dependency in the negotiated parameters.
    
    Are DataOrder and DataDeliveryOrder independent?
    
    Can we have DataOder=true and DataDeliverOrder=false?
    
    If not, we could combine them into:
    
      DataOrder=<strict | sequence | none>
    
    or something like that.
    
    Any thoughts?
