IPS Interim Meeting: Preliminary Agenda

Hi all, 
 
Following is the preliminary interim meeting agenda.
This is still subject to some juggling and adjustment, but in general the
breakdown will be FC related topics (e.g. FCIP, IFCP and related drafts) on
Monday and Security related topics (for iSCSI, FCIP, and iFCP) on Tuesday.
 
Please note: The meetings will begin at 8:00 am each day!  We have a full
day
planned for each day, and cannot move the start time any further.  If you
are
flying  in the morning of one of the meetings, please try to get there as
soon
as possible, but you are welcome to come in late if necessary.
 
For those who have missed it, the interim meeting will be held on August 27
& 28 at
the Irvine Marriott John Wayne Airport.  The hotel has a courtesy shuttle
bus which
runs between SNA and the hotel on a regular basis.  The phone number for the
Marriott is 949-553-0100.  The address is 18000 Von Karman Avenue, Irvine,
CA 92612
 
Note to all draft authors for the interim meeting -- drafts need to be
submitted
to the IETF as soon as possible this week.  IETF drafts office reopens on
Tuesday.
Drafts must be submitted no later than 5pm EST on Friday.  Since it may take
a
couple of days for the drafts office to process the drafts, please put the
draft
on a web site as soon as possible, and let everyone know where the draft can
be
accessed.  If you have any difficulties, or do not have a web site that you
can
post the draft to, please let us know.  List of drafts for the meeting will
be
out in the next day or so.
