But we have to make this explicit, rather than implicit. I.e. ``Upon receiving Reject to an offered key=value(s) the implementation MAY close the connection or if available, offer a different set of value(s) of the key. The node which sent the Reject MAY choose to close the connection when it sees fit.'' (This should probably be added to the draft.)
